Our Story

Lupa, meaning she-wolf in Italian, has been transformed into the perfect neighborhood gathering spot. "The freshly made pasta, pizza, and gelato now available at Lupa are inspired by the places I love in and near Rome. The new space is beautiful and open for family-style feasts, dining al fresco by the Lake, and gelato and cappuccinos to end your day," says co-owner and Wine Director Tony Foreman.

Foreman, along with designer Katie Destefano, went about completely redesigning the former Petit Louis Bistro to create a warmer, more casual space. A new palette of terra cotta orange, merlot reds, and forest greens brings comfort within the walls. Custom, long farm tables and 60-inch iron light fixtures add a familiar Italian rusticity. "Quality and elegance are trademarks of all of the Foreman Wolf restaurants and Lupa is no different. This is where happiness will be served," says Destefano.
